The SES522 Adsorbent Treatment Systems (Fullers Earth) remove polar contaminants such as acids, oxidation by-products, and color bodies from numerous fluids. The bulk media  systems can be used for stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with the SES320 conditioning system to regenerate badly degraded ISO class III insulating fluids and with multiple passes, "desludge" badly contaminated transformers. The SES522 systems are available in three tower sizes as well as in dual and single tower configurations.

SES522 Highlights

 Insulating Oil Properties Restored

  • Total Acid Number (TAN)
  • Negative Neutralization Value
  • Negative Interfacial Tension (IFT)
  • Color
  • Dissipation Factor
  • Eliminates Sludge and Oxidation Byproducts
  • Oxidation Stability *

* Note: Polar additives, such as oxidation inhibitors, can be removed during adsorbent treatment processing.  Additive restoration requires an optional additive mixing and injection system.

  • Straight Truck Mounting
All straight truck chassis and bodies are custom ordered to accommodate the equipment option package, maximum terrain, load, weight distribution and towing requirements. Maximum straight truck box length is 28FT.
  • Skid Mounting
Built-to-order skid-mounted equipment can normally be built to meet customer footprint and access requirements.  Consult SESCO with special requests.
  • Enclosed Deck over Axle Cargo Trailer Mounting
Unlike a standard cargo trailer, the equipment deck on a “deckover” cargo trailer rides above the axle assembly and incorporates a leaf spring or air bag suspension. The “deckover” design accommodates wider, longer, and heavier equipment payloads. All “deckover” cargo trailers are specifically engineered to accommodate equipment load and weight distribution to provide optimum towing conditions. Weight capacities (GVRW) range from 20,000 to 30,000 Lbs. SESCO will provide the trailer size and weight capacity options available for the system being quoted.
  • Dry Van Trailer Mounting
The size and weight capacities of a dry van trailer accommodate a wide variety of options and equipment accessories.  Dry van trailer packages are specifically engineered to accommodate equipment loading axle weight distribution regulations.
  • ISO Shipping Container Mounting
Equipment can be permanently or temporarily packaged in standard ISO shipping containers to facilitate ocean transportation. Containers are available in standard lengths.  If the equipment is permanently mounted, non-standard access doors and other openings must be installed at the destination. Installation design and material kits are provided. On land the containerized equipment is transported using standard ISO container chassis built to meet the local highway standards of the destination country.
  • Cargo Trailer Mounting
All cargo trailers are specifically engineered to accommodate equipment load, weight distribution, to provide optimum towing conditions. Cargo trailer weight capacities (GVRW) range from 4,000 to 16,000 Lbs. SESCO will provide the cargo trailer size and weight capacity options available for the system being quoted.
